Small Group Training

Train in a fixed group of no more than 5 people. 50 minutes of effective work, with a programme built around you and a coach who is there for the whole session.

One hour, entirely yours. Individual guidance, fully tailored to your goals, your level and your schedule.

Coaching

Included in every formula. Every 4 weeks we sit down together: an InBody measurement, a review of your progress, and adjustments to your programme, nutrition and lifestyle.

Online Coaching

Living too far away, or do you prefer training in your own gym? Then we run your programme entirely online: a personal programme, video feedback on your execution, scheduled calls and direct contact over WhatsApp.

The location

ToBe Kempen

Wellens Sport is based in the ToBe Kempen health centre in Turnhout. That is a deliberate choice: strength training belongs in an environment where your health is looked after too.

For anyone coming out of rehabilitation, or training with an injury or a limitation, it means short lines to healthcare providers under the same roof. And for everyone: a calm, well-kept environment where you train with guidance instead of in the crowd of a large fitness chain.
